Executive Vice President, Human Resources

Michael W. Rotelle joined Acosta in November 2007 as Executive Vice President of Human Resources. In this role Rotelle is responsible for all Human Resources operations ensuring that all HR functions align with and support Acosta’s business strategy. Rotelle brings to Acosta a unique combination of operations and HR experience in the CPG industry. Most recently, he was senior vice president of human resources with Tree of Life Inc. where he coached and motivated a team of HR professionals to deliver outstanding results. Before Tree of Life, Rotelle was vice president of human resources for the Eastern Region of SUPERVALU Inc. and before that, VP/general manager of Richfood West Point Division. Rotelle holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Bloomsburg University.
