Nomination Description: Using 4-5 paragraphs, provide as much
detail as possible, for example, number of cases sold, reduced deduction
percentage, challenges overcome, etc. Avoid general observations such as
"outstanding job", "great attitude", etc. Refer to Chairman's Award Guidelines
for a list of required criteria for entries. All nomination information must be
included in the nomination description. PowerPoint presentations, photos, CDs,
Excel spreadsheets, videos, cassettes, posters, FSIs, etc. will not be accepted
or used in evaluating nominations. Limited to 7000 characters
